DIVORCE

CUSTODY

Primary child custody will impact your child for the rest of his or her life.  You don't want to make the mistake of hiring an attorney who doesn't possess the skills to demonstrate your ability to be your child's primary custodial parent.  Many people believe that a child can decide with which parent he or she wants to reside, but the Family Court must always consider what is first in the child's best interest.  Make sure that you have an attorney who can prepare your case properly and present your petition for custody in the most compelling manner.

MEDIATION
